Our workshops are a monthly 90-minute virtual gathering where creative souls come together in community. Each session includes guided embodiment practices, meditation, journaling, and interactive coaching to support both your artistry and personal growth. The topics we cover follow our annual curriculum, designed to help artists live more creatively fulfilling lives.
