Our offerings include digital downloads (like the Meditation Vault and Embodied Musician’s Workbook), memberships (Soul Recharge), one-on-one sessions (Reiki, Tarot, or combined sessions), workshops, and a free newsletter. We use trusted third-party platforms to deliver our services, including Zoom (for sessions and workshops), Calendly (for scheduling), MailerLite (for email campaigns) Squarespace (for our website and store), and Stripe (for payment processing).

Age Requirements

You must be 18 years old or older to access our website and use our services. You must also have the capacity to enter into this Privacy Policy. This website is not intended for anyone under 18, in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not knowingly collect or market to minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it immediately or attempt to obtain parental consent. If you believe we may have collected data from a minor, please contact us at www.embodiedmusicianscollective.com/contact

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to deliver our services, including your name, email address, payment details (processed securely by Stripe—we never see or store your full card number), scheduling information (via Calendly), and session access information (via Zoom). If you join our newsletter, we store your name and email address to send updates. We may also collect limited usage data, such as website traffic patterns, through Squarespace or similar tools.

For one-on-one sessions, you may choose to share personal reflections or details. These are completely voluntary and used only to provide the session you requested. Sensitive information you share is treated with care and not used for any other purpose.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver the products and services you purchase, schedule and host sessions, communicate with you (such as sending receipts or download links), and send you our newsletter if you opt in. Occasionally, we use anonymized information to improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information.

Additional personal information is kept only as long as necessary to complete purchases, provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter or request to be removed, we will delete your information and no longer retain it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state or international laws. These may include the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; the right to opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising; and the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
